“This is a clean place, always kept tidy and in check by the staff; always well-stocked, too. The team members are very polite, friendly, highly knowl3dgeable in what they do, and they make a great coffee, too. The downsides are that the place is rather small (seating 20 people at best) and the food is not that great -- this is standard for Costa, and it has nothing to do with this place itself. No parking spaces, yes toilets, yes accessible entrance. Always great for a cosy, albeit sometimes noisy, place to meet and grab a coffee.”

The samosas are outstanding, and the Bhel puri and Special puri are crisp, fresh and full of flavour. I would also highly recommend the passion fruit juice. “It's about 30-45 mins away from central London by bus and underground so it takes a bit of time to travel. However, the area is surrounded by restaurants and there's a 24h grocery store right across the street in case you need anything. Very good service and room for the price range considering how other hotels in the same price range but closer downtown have a shared bathroom. Yummy free breakfast offered at the diner beside. Staff are very nice and helpful and have good recommendations about routes to take, places to visit, etc.”
