“Immediately upon entry, Nasila was extremely friendly and accommodating. I had my 2nd and 3rd lobes pierced, and throughout the entire process she was gentle, patient and sanitary. Pain was minimal, and my ears do not feel very sore a few hours later. Nasila explained the aftercare routine, recommended products and kindly offered for us to reach out to her personally anytime in the event that something came of concern to my fresh piercings. “We have tried a small number of groomers in the past and Hugo has been so nervous and reluctant to go the last groomer, due to an incident... But then we found Eddie's!! The girls are absolutely amazing, Hugo runs up the stairs to see them and his tail is happy wagging the entire time. He always looks extra handsome once he comes out! I am so so happy with their service and would recommend to everyone. Also, the shop is amazing and we always get the best treats when we go!”

“Cafe run by charity Mencap - fantastic initiative to give people with learning disabilities the chance to learn skills in catering, customer services and hospitality. I have never eaten there but just had a quick coffee / kids snacks - it doesn't feel that warm and cosy to me, so I've never been tempted to linger too long. My suggestion would be to remove the PCs and introduce some sofas and perhaps some toys or games. Not sure how feasible that would be!”
