“My family and I dined at the Kings Arms Hotel on 16.9.23. From the start, staff are warm, welcoming and accommodating. They got us seated immediately and brought over extra chairs as we required them. The impeccable service continued throughout, including inquiring how our meal was regularly and providing colouring pencils and sheets for the children with us. The food was standard but presented very well and all of it arrived at the same time, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we so enjoyed our visit. We would recommend this restaurant and its brilliant service to others.”

“Had great food today. I had crushed avo on sourdough topped with crumbled feta and chilli flakes. I also asked if they could add scrambled eggs. No problem and had a really good portion. They also sell red tea which is great as not every where does. Service was also good and in a great setting sitting outside overlooking the cricket ground and river. I’ll be back!”

“Very nice spot just by the Hampton Court Bridge. I met with a friend for some brunch on a Sunday mid-morning. It was super busy as the sun was out, but the food was very tasty and worth the slight wait. Service was very good and attentive, plenty of seating inside and out back! “Credit where credit is due - there were some delays with my order but it’s nice to see a business take accountability for the issues. Small businesses invariably face logistical problems in busy periods and don’t think this was any different. Customer service from Sha was exemplary (emails and phone calls were received) and an apology video from the owner was highly appreciated. Quality of clothes was really good and would definitely order again.”
