“I popped into this branch to find a jumper for my wife. As a man, I’m completely useless at choosing clothes, and nine times out of ten I get it wrong. Today, a young lady asked if she could help. She asked what my wife usually likes and picked out a few tops as suggestions. I chose one, took it home, and my wife absolutely loved it. The assistant was amazing. She introduced herself as Louise, and after speaking to my wife later, it turns out Louise has helped her in the past as well. Louise is a real credit to the Loughton branch.
