Their initial mentoring service was very professional and useful; the online portal was always easy to use and update; all phone conversations were always dealt with promptly and efficiently and face to face meetings to discuss the more complex questions were always handled with great patience and attention. Also, being out of contract for the last 6 months, they did not charge for the payroll services but still provided a very professional service for all HMRC and essential business. Only downside is that the offices are not very clearly identifiable from the outside - could do with better signage. Overall, I would definite recommend them.”
