“We had just moved into Alto, which has been a lovely place so far. As we were settling in and getting familiar with the apartment, we noticed a few items that needed additional repairs. Thankfully, Miguel, the handyman, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Despite his busy schedule, Miguel quickly reached out to coordinate a time that worked for us and was very respectful of our availability. He handled multiple repairs with efficiency and care, always taking the time to explain what he was doing and what needed follow-up. He even took the initiative to start the process on items that required more time or parts, ensuring nothing was left unresolved. Throughout it all, Miguel remained patient, professional, and incredibly friendly—which made a great impression, especially as new residents. “It's about 30-45 mins away from central London by bus and underground so it takes a bit of time to travel. However, the area is surrounded by restaurants and there's a 24h grocery store right across the street in case you need anything. Very good service and room for the price range considering how other hotels in the same price range but closer downtown have a shared bathroom. Yummy free breakfast offered at the diner beside. Staff are very nice and helpful and have good recommendations about routes to take, places to visit, etc.”
