“I have had my hair cut 12 times in the last 30yrs because the price of a women’s haircut is disgustingly expensive. Today I had an appt with Gulsen and she was fantastic! The cost of the wash, cut, blow dry and the nicest smelling hair treatment mask was £42! Absolute bargain for a fantastic cut! And she makes the best tea!! “Yesterday my son who is 5, who has autism and is non-verbal had a dental operation which went very well however, it was the care that was so amazing by the nurses, receptionist and the doctors. I couldn’t thank them enough, his mum was very nervous reassured her and made her feel comfortable, l the nurses understood that my son had sensory issues and made him feel comfortable, happy and didn’t try to put him through too much. showing him visuals of what they were doing before actually doing it ie putting cream on him and bandages. The doctors were great, Anaesthesiologist was great at explaining and open to questions. The doctor checking him before we were discharged was also fantastic and informative as well as you could sense again she cared and was a mother herself. They cared about his wellbeing and they did it with a smile.”
