Within minutes of my claimed booking, I received a text alerting me to the dispatch of my driver, who arrived five minutes early. The ride was pleasant, on time, and smooth. “Amazing stay at Premier Inn Watford Croxley Green! Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and helpful — especially Faisal Shaikh, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the location was perfect for everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of options, and service was always with a smile. Really appreciated the calm, quiet atmosphere throughout the hotel — made for such a relaxing stay. My only suggestion would be to install proper air conditioning. It was around 35°C during our visit, and the room got quite hot, especially at night. Everything was great, but a proper A/C would’ve made it perfect. Still giving it 5 stars though, because everything else was genuinely brilliant. Would happily stay again!”

“Can’t recommend this place enough! It’s minutes away from the train station, rooms are spacious, there’s air con, comfortable bed, good breakfast times, quiet and I left an item behind in the room and they were absolute stars in getting it back to me. Such friendly helpful staff, had a great stay and then helping me afterwards was just the cherry on top!”
