All the matting on my cat was removed and my cat was very happy and looked very freshly groomed. They even gave a little goody bad with some treats and a little toy and comb for my cat which was so considerate and thoughtful. My cat also smells really nice now after the groom. And every 6 weeks I still bring my shih tzu back to ruth,in my opinion no one can do as good a groom as ruth. Her love, and care for dogs is above measure.
