I got the impression she hadn't been working there long but that didn't matter because her demeanor, customer service, open body language and enthusiasm put us at ease as soon as she began serving us. I hope she sees this and feels proud. She was the black lady with the short hair. The other ladies in the shop seemed like they didn't want to be there. I hope she gets commission on her sales.”

They were patient and kind, explained what was going to happen each step of the way and even allowed my daughter to cuddle a squishmallow when they were piercing the ears.
