We discussed what I wanted, and Hammad took his time to understand what I wanted and talked me through the process of what is needed and what would happen. Six hours later, I had such fabulous results and a gorgeous haircut. I want to add Hammad's communication style is brilliant; he talked me through everything, so I felt really assured.
