Soon after I then met Sean who not only showed me the flat I requested to see but also another that was also available nearby so I could compare. I expressed interest in the flat and Sean got things going very quickly and kept me informed. The application process was made very easy by Michelle and this was completed with minimal effort required on my part. Any problems in the flat have been sorted by Homes & Co quickly and efficiently. They handle all communication with the landlord and arrange all plumber/contractor call outs where appropriate. During the flat inspections the agent who visits is very helpful with a variety of things including reminding me what rights I have as a tenant in case there was a problem with my landlord (which I have not needed to exercise).
