“I've been with Elands since I got my dog and they are absolutely brilliant. They are the kindest, nicest people and every visit is a nice experience. When I've been worried about something I've phoned up and spoken to one of the knowledgeable receptionists and they've given me the best advice. They never try to up sell anything and I think they give amazing value for money. Honestly I don't have a bad word to say about them all!”

“Don't understand some of these reviews. Arrived today with a damaged hand, place rapidly became busy. All staff were polite, professional & friendly though run off their feet. Special mention goes to Emma who dealt with me with humour and a tired smile. An angel. The problems in the NHS are NOT of the staffs making so please treat them with the respect they deserve”

“We had our first visit with our new puppy, Clootie, and were really impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience very positive. The vet gave Clootie a thorough check-up and provided clear advice on vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. We appreciated the information on pet insurance — it’s a challenging area to navigate, so the temporary Pet Plan cover was a helpful way to give us time to research other options. The health plan offered by the practice also seems like a great way to support Clootie’s ongoing care. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and look forward to future visits. Thank you!”

“My 9 month old labradoodle STAR has had 4 grooms so far with Pride & Groom and I am very pleased with the results each time. First visit I was more nervous than STAR as I had no idea what type of cut to request but they talked me through the options clearly. STAR looks great after every visit, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone. “Today had to call as asthma peak flow 150.. Booked in 12..then they call me back for earlier appointment 11.10 . I cannot express how the Doctors working so hard and wasted no time to see patients..even the nurse .after I saw my Doctor I went to reception to say good bye and thank you.I said I see you again tomoz for re dress on leg.. hang on I will see if nurse can do it today..so you csn rest the rest of the week ..amazing ..the nurse squeezed me in bless her.
