“Beautiful hidden restaurant in the golf course, open to the public. Only found as our original restaurant was cancelled. The outside seating is lovely & serene - the lake makes for a gorgeous view. The peach & goat's cheese salad was delicious, portion size was filling. The chicken florentine was a nice portion, but was quite dry - I has to request more sauce. Staff were attentive & enquired if all was ok. Would like to go back & try more on the menu. The wedding on that day was lovely too - congratulations!. I did have a lovely video of the venue but no option to attach it!. All in all a good lunch in nice surroundings.”

From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, making us feel genuinely valued as customers. The service was quick, efficient, and delivered with a smile. The food was just as impressive—generous portions, excellent quality, and amazing value for money. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It’s not often you find a place at a service station that goes above and beyond both in service and food quality, but Leon at Cobham truly delivered.
