“I did four courses last year and finished Meisner in Jan. I've had such a great time. Alex is very good at creating a welcoming and safe environment for us to explore the key elements of acting. Classes were relaxed but structured with lots of thoughtful activities and supportive feedback. I also enjoyed the process of rehearsing for a play and then performing it in front of an audience. Russell taught me about the roles of director and actor. All the courses were a great way to learn, use our imagination and think creatively - all while helping to build confidence, curiosity, and connection. Lots of mental health benefits too.
