“I had to write as we just had a really positive experience at Carmelita house today and I definitely don't feel that it deserves to have such a low rating on here based on my experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly and respectful and I was pleasantly surprised that we had a 90 minute appointment- this is an incredible chance for staff to really have time to assess, listen, observe etc. We saw Rhys in the OT department who was excellent. He explained things clearly and made excellent suggestions to help my son and me to deal with the issues that brought us there. He was very clear about a plan moving forward.
