“A private hire of the Richmond Royale - we had a fantastic trip from Richmond to Hampton Court and back over four hours. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Turks pointed us towards a few caterers - Chilibees made a selection of delicious canapes which were already on the boat for us when we were picked up. A beautiful day to be up on the top deck with a drink or two from the onboard bar, enjoying the river views. Thank you Turks, highly recommended!”

“My wife and I made a last minute booking with Original Travel; they took my brief and then responded quickly with a plan. we reviewed, made a few changes with input from them, and booked the trip. (Two other travel companies had failed to arrange a similar trip). Thereafter whatever unforeseen events interfered in moving locations or hotels was taken care of by OT and their concierge service. The trip, which included going to the Artic, and then north Norway, loads of excursions, all went to plan. Great trip!”

“We had a wonderful night at Bella Mare, the rooms were beautiful and very spacious for our family of 4. The bay of the hotel is incredibly peaceful and tranquil. Our son was fishing off the rocks overlooking the crystal clear water. A truly magnificent spot. The breakfast was noteworthy, beautiful pastries, many variety’s of fruit and yoghurt and wonderful bacon, eggs and sausages. We met Ruth and Gayle who are responsible for the hotel. What wonderful ladies! Nothing was too much trouble. Even now on our way home we are working out which week we can book the Bella Mare for next summer. “Found Shipletts on the Richmond tourism website and was a little nervous about not going through something like AirBnB but everything was wonderful. We rented the two bedroom unit by Richmond station for a week. It was spacious and fairly quiet given the location. It was minutes away from the tube/overground and network rail, and close to so many great cafes and shops. We got a comprehensive tour on arrival, and the hosts were nearby in case of any issues. Well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to come ‘home’ at the end of each days adventures.”
