“I normally go to this hair salon to get braids or a blow dry and have always been happy. However, after years of using box dye and my hair going almost black it was impossible for me to do much with it so decided to book an appointment to go lighter. Ruby is amazing and really listens to what you want from your appointment but is honest on what is achievable. From start to finish Ruby took her time to explain the process to me of making me go lighter and lifting the black from my hair and I couldn’t have been happier with the result, I left feeling happy and in love with my hair.”
