“My car wouldn’t start and Pedro booked me in for next day. He was a bit late but rang to advise was still coming and reason so not a problem. He diagnosed issue, quoted for work and came early next day and sorted car. Really polite, pleasant, honest guy, he said he is really busy but went out of his way to help me get sorted asap on a Saturday even though he had plans. I will use him again.”
