“Visited today for a 4pm appointment. Although had uploaded everything online and only came for biometrics all in all took 1 hour. Outside was not busy like the other pics, no need to wear mask unless you want to. Inside there were plenty of people and the agent I had was very informative and friendly. Parking was done nearby Ruskin Square Car Park: very secure and clean, unlike other car parks I've seen nearby. I don't know if it's normal practice or because it's Friday, around 4:20pm to 4:30 pm they were letting in people who had appointment at 5pm.”

“This whole experience is very new to me and my family as we are looking to purchase a villa in Spain, so spent a lot of time and money to ensure we had all the right documentation for our appointment at the consulate. When we arrived on time, we were told there was a delay of about an hour however I noticed a premium service were we could skip the wait and conduct the appointment in a booth sitting down which was certainly more our style. This also allowed us to have a friendly advisor that went through all our documents ensuring the apostile and translations were all correct. I would advise anyone doing this application to use the premium service as we were in and out in under an hour doing multiple applicants. The cost was approx £659 each which is not cheap but worth it.”
