The best thing I ever did the customer service is out of this world they all talk English the nails are not rushed you get a free tea or coffee with as little as just a eye brow wax. “Just had the most lovely pamper package with my daughter here. Laura and Debbie are super warm and welcoming. I wasn't expecting to be too relaxed given I was there with my 6 year old but as I said to Debbie my facial was sooo relaxing and I didn't even realise I had a headache until it was gone. I had booked a back massage and facial package; I received a consultation upon arrival during which I was recommended a different facial, and I decided to follow the advice. I am familiar with the products and some of the services Guinot offer. The back massage was very relaxing, and the facial was great - I could see difference afterwards and thought it was worth the money. I was given a few testers after the treatment. At this stage, I do not think I will be having the treatment as often as their standard guidance is, but I will definitely rebook. Thank you!”
