“Words cannot express how overwhelmed I am right now. I got married this weekend and both the jewellery sets I purchased from here were breathtakingly stunning. I’ve never seen jewellery anywhere like I have here. I purchased my gurdwara set during lockdown and my reception set I brought when stores opened post lockdown. Service was amazing both times and everyone at Heritage Jewels went above and beyond to help me achieve that bespoke look I went for. The service was faultless and I felt like an absolute queen. Both my looks were very regal and elegant and I certainly achieved what I was after. I couldn’t have had the dream look I wanted without the help of everyone here. I cannot wait to go back and shop some more. I’m never a teary person but when I put the sets on, I couldn’t believe how stunning they were and both my make up artists and guests alike were completely floored. “Absolutely stellar customer service, Seth was first incredibly helpful over the phone, going out his way to give product details so I could see pictures online and not waste a trip as I was 30 mins away. Then in-store, he had the range of products ready for me to view and actually recognised me from the door!! He was very detailed in explanations also, helped in explaining how the leathers age over time and overall just very helpful in his interactions with me.
