Communication was excellent and a minor problem (not of their doing) was promptly and efficiently rectified. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they go the extra mile to make the customer satisfied and happy. “Just had my 6th piece delivered from Valerie’s Vintage. I absolutely love my bedroom furniture. Sandra kept me updated with the progress at every stage with update photos and advice on colours and handles. I initially bought a huge chest of drawers painted in grey with copper highlights which I loved so much I contacted Sandra and commissioned 2 bedside tables, another chest of drawers and a triple wardrobe to match. My latest piece was a gorgeous black chest of drawers for my lounge. I absolutely love my furniture because they are unique and they look fantastic.”
