They were very patient with my mum and took the time to make sure she understood everything and made her feel at ease. We were luckily able to go in and speak to someone rather than do it over the phone which we were really grateful for. “The best service we've ever had from an insurance company. I'm an 8 year old Viszla called Bella. I've been insured with LV for 4 years and never been ill, not even a cold. But when I got a couple of lumps on my tummy and leg and they were getting bigger the vet said I should have them removed as a precaution. She did it the following week and I went home wearing a very un-flattering doggy onesie to cover my stitches. Anyway, I went back on Monday and I've got the all clear! Horray! My human said he got through to another human on the phone and was sent a claim form by email. It was very easy to fill in and the vet sent it off for him last week. He got paid today and said it's the best service he's ever had from an insurance company.”
