We couldn't recommend them enough, first of all Tim called us to get a feel for what we were after, we were then presented with a few great options that were well thought out and put together in a very user friendly link. Nothing was to much trouble and all of our questions and requests/tweaks were handled quickly in a friendly manner throughout. Once we chose our holiday we felt in really safe hands and had all the info we needed to feel confident traveling further away from home than neither my Wife nor I had ever been before! “The steak here is amazing and I had £25 off, so which meant I pay next to nothing for this delicious steak with chips. Full of flavour and not chewy at all and the pub is beautiful by a little stream and great for families. It’s a must try for me”

“I spent a spa day here andcould not be more pleased with my experience. All the staff were very attentive and efficient. I enjoyed my facial and hot stone massage and would like to thank Selina very much. We could choose a lunch from the bar menu to a value of £25 if we didn’t want to choose from the set spa day lunch menu. I went with my daughter for my 60th Birthday treat and would recommend. Such a relaxing place.”

“We booked our Honeymoon via Jack and had the best experience. We knew where we wanted to go but the finer details needed to be worked out. We went to Singapore and The Maldives, we knew where we wanted to stay in Singapore but had zero clue on what Island for The Maldives. We ran Jack through our ideal list and he pulled up a few options and we found our Island. We booked there and then! All communication from then was just as good as the first time, and it just made the Wedding/Honeymoon even more exciting. We were met by Kuoni reps, as well as receiving packs from them whilst away to confirm all information. A big thank you to Kuoni and especially Jack for making sure we had towel art in the room- literally a dream come true!”

“Our experience at Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel and Spa was amazing! Our room was of their new ones which was beautifully made, it had all the essentials you would require for your stay, and our beds were very comfortable. My husband, daughter and I had booked in for the Ishga massages at their spa and the masseurs were truly skilled. My masseur, Joy, was great and asked what type of pressure I liked and she was very talented. I was completely relaxed and refreshed at the end of it. My family gave me good feedback about the other 2 girls as well, I'm sorry I don't remember your names, I wanted to say thank you! Will definitely be back!”
