Consultation and Planning From the first consultation, Dr. Dilan Fernando was informative, reassuring, and meticulous. Even immediately after the procedure, I was genuinely delighted with how it looked. Surgical Experience The procedure itself went extremely smoothly. Every member of the team played their part perfectly, and the entire process ran like a smooth and well coordinated machine. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived, and the atmosphere in the treatment room was calm, reassuring, and completely organised. The procedure lasted from 0800 to 1500, and at no stage did I feel rushed. Dr. Fernando personally oversaw everything and was involved throughout the entire procedure, and the graft handling, the implantation technique, and the donor area management were all carried out with real precision. I received 1,705 grafts. This included a combination of multi hair grafts and a large number of singular grafts for the front of my hairline. Some of these single grafts were carefully split from two, three and four hair grafts extracted by one of the technicians, which shows the level of detail and effort that went into creating a soft and natural looking hairline. Team and Aftercare Every nurse and technician I interacted with was warm, skilled, and genuinely invested in my comfort. The aftercare instructions were clear, simple, and easy to follow. “I went to the well being clinic to help with sciatica and also persistent cold sore attacks. So far after just a few treatments my sciatica has improved and I have had no cold sores. Dr Chen is happy to explain what he’s doing and why and although it can be slightly uncomfortable as the acupuncture needles are being inserted, once in, the treatment is painless and relaxing. The option of buying the medicine is given at the end of the treatment but it is not a hard sell so I felt under no pressure to buy them. All in all I feel happy with my experience so far and intend to continue.”

“Lovely pool, it is split into a main pool and learner pool so that’s nice for swimmers. Lane and general swim available. My daughter has swimming lessons here and the standard of teaching is high. The kids are pushed enough to be competitive but not so much that it’s negative competition. There are windows down two sides of the pool so when the sun is low you get beautiful dappled light in the water which feels lovely to swim in. One of the most unpretentious swimming pools around! Check it out next time you want a swim!”

The facilities are excellent, I used to play badminton there when it had the Whitton "Dome" visible from the A316, but now it's been brought bang up to date with the new school buildings. The only slight downside is that a badminton training there is more expensive than Hampton with the danger amount of time and the same coach”
