“As cliche as it sounds I wish I tried it sooner... A few years ago someone suggested hypnotherapy but I was so sceptical and also not ready to really admit how big the anxieties had gotten. So instead of getting help I wasted money on holidays I then couldn't go on and missed out out other opportunities of travel.
