“I was very nervous about sending my son to nursery, but from the moment he started at Monkey Puzzle, I’ve seen him thrive in so many ways. The team’s care and attention have truly put my mind at ease. Another thing that reassures me is seeing the owner around frequently. It’s clear she is personally involved in the day-to-day life of the nursery, checking in with the children and staff, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Knowing that she is so present gives me confidence that my son is in a truly caring and well-managed environment. One of the things I love most is the daily photo updates – it’s wonderful to see what he’s been up to throughout the day and the little moments that make me smile. The meals prepared by their on-site chef are not only delicious but also healthy, giving me confidence that he’s getting the best nutrition while at nursery. I also really appreciate how the nursery celebrates and explores different cultures, helping children learn about the world in a fun and inclusive way. It’s clear that every child’s development and happiness is a priority here. “PMD plumbers were recommended to me by another heating engineer who didn’t have capacity to help at the time. They fitted a new boiler and power flushed the heating system. The whole team were professional, very reliable, polite and trustworthy. They explained what the process would be and worked incredibly hard to make sure that the job was carried out. “Perfect Birthday Party Venue. The venue turned out to be excellent in every aspect for my toddler's birthday party. The space , the food , the hosting & car park facility. The hotel hall was perfect for our 40 guest list with one wall side fittingly suitable for decor as suggested by them. The food was top notch. The Lotus stem appetizer and Jackfruit Biryani were the stars of the day . They had arranged for nice welcome drinks and catered separately for children’s food as well. We were able to make a corner for kids play. The best thing was there was adequate parking in the venue which the guests really appreciated. They also had a bar facility but we did not use . Thanks for making the event a huge success as it was the first party for our little one . Would definitely recommend Ember & Mist as an event venue . I like to thank and acknowledge the helpfulness of the staff and the understanding of Ember - Mist managers.”

“I’ve enjoyed food and atmosphere here before but this visit was next level. The newish menu was fantastic. Salad was large, fresh and great ingredients. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and warm welcoming lit fireplaces are a huge bonus. The service was kind and professional. Tyrell did a great job taking our order. Wonderful visit and will be back and highly recommend!”

“Worth the 4 year wait! Had a roast beef dinner here 9/11/25 and it was amazing. Plentiful and tasty, staff as always were very attentive. Walked out of there feeling very full and content! Highly recommend if you fancy a traditional roast! Don’t leave it so long next time! ;-)”
