Stephen is professional, caring and not only listened carefully to all of our concerns and history but worked a plan towards our son's recovery to fit in with his needs and wishes. We were treated with kindness and reassurance and only seen a couple of times having been given a recovery plan to take away with us. Stephen replied to further emails and offered recovery advice to additional queries without asking us to visit again. We would never go to anyone else!”
