“I absolutely love the aquafit classes! I will be honest though, not all instructors close the privacy curtain so that's very off putting or I would attend every class. I had a call today offering me some gym induction sessions so I can use my membership to its fullest. Jake is a brilliant sometimes grumpy but always Yoda like swimming Instructor!”

“Incredible creativity with high end durable long lasting thick materials. Enrichment is clearly the goal of every product and you can really tell they have thought like a bunny with the design. I have many pods and they have all lasted years. Proud to support a small start up of two devoted to high animal welfare and inclusiveness of disabled/head tilt buns in their design. “I've been doing Zumba now for four years with angels dance and fitness.The dance teachers are brilliant .Ive had a stressful day today...I have a 21 year with autism and learning difficulties whose been in meltdown for most of the day so really needed my Zumba fix, Angels is like a big family ♥️ we all look out for each other,it's like a night out without the alcohol ,Fab way to socialize and make new friends .brilliant class tonight”
