“Oh my god thank heaven above I found this place.... I wish I found it in the first place but never mind. I had my fave botched up by another aesthetic practitioner and I went to see Charlotte and she is possibly the nicest kindest most down to earth person I've ever met in my life..... Firstly as she felt sorry for me and my face was a mess and full of lumps she did disssolver for free for me. Never in 10 years of getting aesthetic treatments have I known anyone to be so selfless and kind. Her words were"all I care about is that your happy ". If I could give this company a 6* I would!!! The Biggest comment I have here is that for once in 6 years I have had someone care about me and not just about the money. I was shocked when she text me a couple of hours later asking if I was okay and how my face was! Then gave me a list of helpful info to go forward for aftercare. I honestly can't recommend Charlotte enough and I'm a customer for life.
