“Daisie, our fit, never ill 13.5 yr old Bichon Shih Tzu cross, was going off her food and had become very lethargic. She didn't want to jump in or out of the car, which was NOT like her at all. The next day I noticed she wobbled slightly one day after she came down stairs. I thank God I did. I was sure something was wrong, so we took her to our normal vets that day, and they referred us to VetsNow for a CT scan, within 2 hours, which showed a mass on her spleen. Daisie is now well on her way to a full recovery, and we're hoping to have her for a few more years yet. As far as the cost are concerned, yes, it was more expensive and came as a bit of a surprise, but on the flip side they are open 24/7, they are VERY well kitted out and basically just waiting to help your pet.”

I like a firm massage and Carmen certainly did that. She did check the pressure was O.K. I have a bad lower back and Carmen did lots to help relieve this. The place was easy enough to access via public transport (I walked from train station, not too far from victoria) All staff were helpful and the doctor who performed my medical was really pleasant, polite and good rumoured which put me at ease. The first staff member who took my photo seemed a bit abrupt but I think she was rushed. Overall a very good service. I realize the medicals seem a bit pricey but it did what I needed it to do.”
