“Excellent service. We had someone package up computer equipment to send. When Pack & Send collected them they informed me that they were insufficiently packed and provided photographs which showed how woeful the packing was. They offered to unpack the items and repack them correctly and when I received them the other end I was extremely pleased with how well they were packed. You could have dropped the box and the items inside would have been fine. High quality service.”

“Salford Quays Travelodge is the best in the whole country! Our favourite place to stay. Perfect for getting around Manchester by tram, and ideally situated for The Lowry theatre. And lovely Ordsall Hall. This Travelodge is always comfortable, warm and welcoming. The staff are smashing. Big thanks this time to Lavinia, Kevin and the nice young man who kept our delicious breakfasts topped up - I'm so sorry I didn't get your name. Already looking forward to our next visit.”

“I stayed at the Imperial Salford Hotel for three days and overall had a very good experience. The room was comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. The service was generally good, and the staff were friendly without being over the top. A special thanks goes to T, who made a noticeable difference with their friendliness and helpful attitude. It was truly appreciated and made the stay a bit better. All in all, a place I’m happy to recommend and would consider visiting again.”

“I got a delivery so can’t rate the atmosphere but I can tell you that the food was absolutely delicious was also hot and ready to eat apart from the fried chicken but I didn’t mind. Delivery was quick but was a bit pricey as I paid £25 in total for curry mutton rice and peas and coleslaw and fried chicken but that’s uber eats I guess. But was delicious so THANK YOU”

“My family and I stayed at Pillo Rooms in Chapel Street, Manchester. We had a wonderful stay, the property was clean and comfortable. The internet connection was fast and the host was very friendly, welcoming and responsive. The location of the property is ideal, closely located to shops, a cafe and a gym are both situated opposite the property. Access to public transport was very good. There is a supermarket within a 5 mins walk from the property on the same street and a larger supermarket 15 mins away. Overall we had a great time!”

“Grace Cunnington was so helpful and informative throughout every step. She answered all our questions and as first time buyers it was so reassuring to have this support; she was happy to explain all the legal jargon (more than once!) to make sure we understood. Everything was signed off and completed so quickly and we felt supported every step of the way. For a timeline example, we viewed our new home at the start of September and have completed by November so everything was super speedy! We’ll definitely be returning to LPL with any future house purchases etc.”

The flavour of meats was better than expected they did not disappoint, l would not hesitate in recommending there restaurant.(l,ll be back)”
