Manager Terri is truly exceptional—she goes out of her way to make sure my child feels safe, loved, and cared for, while also offering me so much support and reassurance as a parent. It’s clear she puts her heart into everything she does. And then there’s Izzie, who is just a gem! Her warmth and dedication shine through, and I’m so touched that she’s even learning the language my child speaks at home to connect with them on a deeper level.
