“A big shout out to Steve the manager for allowing me to be seen at very short notice. What transpired was a loose wheel nut that wasn't correctly tightened (if at all?!) from a previous McCowboy mechanic (elsewhere). Paul the mechanic, at Fleetcare, managed to sort my problem - which could have potentially saved my life had my wheel came off during a motorway trip (later today) and causing a pile up and mass death toll....lol. Anyway, hopefully I have found a long term, trustworthy mechanice place I can take my car too from now on. Cheers Gents!”

They had a full check over the car for me and ran diagnostics to check for faults. Quite a few things were discovered however they gave honest advice, avoiding the repairs until my head gasket has been checked. Excellent service and treat their customers very well. The most honest hardworking mechanic I've ever known I only met him last month,but I promise I will always go to him now His work is amazing and he's super fast My ford ka broke down on a Friday night. I towed it to his garage The next morning,he WhatsApp me the issue and told me the issue straight away He then ordered the correct parts and he disassembled the car So when the parts arrived on the Monday,he was ready to reassemble it and get to work straight away Some mechanics,will wait until the parts arrive and then disassemble the car However,Mr shabaz disassembled it in the Saturday,so it will save lots of time So on Monday,he could easily just put it back on He also replaced my spark plugs. I rang him and said it was an emergency. So he said..ok..if you bring the spark plugs,I'll sort you out And he did and was very reasonable charging only £20 for fitting He also fixed my boot He also let me borrow his socket wrench when I needed it one time and didn't even charge me on that occasion He's also a great guy with great customer service skills But most importantly,he's honest A mechanic in longsight tried to scam £500 from me. He told me that I needed 3 new pulleys and would charge me £500 However,Mr shabaz told me it was the water pump and WhatsApp me the video as proof The horrible rattling noise has now gone away from my car!! I can't thank Mr shabaz enough..god bless you kind sir And his pricing is very reasonable as well guys!!
