“Honest people and very friendly. I ordered a white ottoman gloss bed and a 250cm wardrobe and it was all so reasonably priced and fixed by them. Shabir and Sajid are kind humans and very honest. They rest assured me that if there are any problems they are a call away. They even helped me try to fix a dining table which I had lost the screws to through moving even thought it was not purchased in their shop. I will be buying all my furniture from here and I highly recommend them if you want good quality, great service, and above all a good price.”

“Yesterday I was walking with my baby and really needed somewhere to stop, feed and change my baby, and just to re charge as it was a stressful morning. I had dropped my car off, at a garage, in a different town miles from home. I entered the hotel and was kindly greeted by a lovely lady, who could clearly see I needed just a little help to get sorted. This lady was so kind and caring so I asked her name. The lady replied. “Irene”. I thanked her greatly for how warm and inviting she was towards me. I would like to thank you once again. Irene, you was a Rae of sunshine towards my baby and I. “The groom room girls are amazing ! I’ve been bringing Dexter (Dachshund) here for a full groom around every 5 weeks since he was a puppy and he’s 5 now ! They are all amazing with him and put him at ease . Lorraine is always helpful and professional . He comes away smelling gorgeous and he’s always happy ! I wouldn’t take him anywhere else Thank you !”

“We have stayed at the hotel quite a number of times over the years and cannot praise it enough. From the moment of stepping through the doors and into the reception area, you are made to feel so welcome. Our room was clean, comfortable and the high end finish for a standard room was exceptional. We loved it! The food was excellent, too! As for the staff, well, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Nothing is too much trouble. They are a credit to the hotel! Special mention needs to be given to Billy behind the bar for his help, patience and guidance with 'something technical' that left me able to use a new mobile phone purchased from the Tesco store next door! So, location wise the hotel is ideally situated and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants!”

“Incredible creativity with high end durable long lasting thick materials. Enrichment is clearly the goal of every product and you can really tell they have thought like a bunny with the design. I have many pods and they have all lasted years. Proud to support a small start up of two devoted to high animal welfare and inclusiveness of disabled/head tilt buns in their design. A hutch is not enough @riobunnyhop !!”

“I have left my beautiful grumpy cat storm with these guys. I have used thier service 5 times and I’m so happy. They are caring and I know my cat is being well looked after. It’s right next to my house and they charge £9 per day which is so reasonable and cheap compared to others. “I cannot recommend Kevin and his team enough. I know my puppy is not only in safe hands , but Is also having a great time at doggie daycare. After struggling to get my pup to eat his food consistently, Kevin kindly offered me a free sample to try the premium pet food. I had to go back the following day and purchase a bag, as my pup was so eager to eat it and also seemed more contented after meal times.”

“Joe came to try and repair our washer, he was here for over an hour but unfortunately, it couldn’t be saved. He helped us out by sourcing us a new washer, delivering it, installing it and taking the old one away. He didn’t charge us for the service. He’s a lovely fella and very helpful.”

“I have used Copperbeech Boarding for both my cat and my dog for a number of years .prior to the dog we have I had a reactive dog which Copperbeech were happy to board on a one to one basis. They posted photos of my dog in their conservatory looking so happy ,I was amazed as I wasn't even sure staff would get near him let alone have him out of his kennel. They look after my cat as well who isn't always happy to be kept inside at the best of times and be grumpy,but they let him have a wander round the cattery. It's a first class business and nothing is too much trouble to make your pets stay a happy relaxed one.”

“I stayed here for 6months plus and the owners where lovely always helping out, rooms cleaned every 3 days, was nice atmosphere used to play pool owners would keep pub open for us finishing work at 1 and get a few games of pool highly recommend joan and alan where the best i have stayed at in a long time thank you”
