“Our recent stay at The Lowry was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were warm, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless, spacious and beautifully put together with thoughtful touches that made it feel really special. It had a real sense of luxury. Although we know most restaurants can’t guarantee the risk of cross contamination, Katie made a conscious effort to ensure my friends toast was gluten free and prepared separately from mine. “What a great premier inn. I stayed in one of their premier plus room and had such a good sleep. From easy check in from the friendly staff to the tasty great value breakfast. Rooms are clean, no noise and great bed. Location is also fantastic.”

“I really enjoyed the food. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. I got the mix grill for 2, and it was more than enough for me, my wife and 2 kids. The owners are great and made us feel very welcome. The decor inside is stunning and the food is fresh and really tasty. My little kids even got lollies at the end. “We stopped off at this place for a mid afternoon snack to carry us until dinner, and it was very good! I got an omelette with ham/cheese, and it was very nice! It came with buttered toast, as well as some salad on the side. The toast had a tad bit too much butter in it for my personal liking, but it was still nice! (I'm just a bit weird with butter :| ). The omelette was a good size too! In the fridge I spotted an oasis summer fruits drink.. IN A CAN! When was the last time you saw Oasis IN A CAN?? I didn't even know it existed. Of course I got it, and it was soo weird drinking from it, it was so strange drinking it from a can as opposed to a bottle which I've got every other time. I didn't get a photo - but the seats were pretty interesting! They were cubes. Cubes. We sat on CUBES. it was pretty comfortable, too...”

“Super workplace coffee shop in Exchange Quay. Easy to drop in for coffee with a group - never a long wait and very quick service. Great quality coffee, and 50p off when using a reusable coffee cup. Many other options such as alternative lattes and teas. Also new cakes & pastries available each week. Small seating space downstairs, or large benches and sofas for groups upstairs.”

“What a wonderful afternoon I loved it so much i only had a bottle and half of wine very welcoming felt right at home loved every minute of the day only thing was i lost my 9ct gold ring with a blue diamond in the center and white dimonties around the in a star shape ring it was what my son brought me for Christmas so it was senemental to me”

“- Very friendly staff member when I visited the branch at 3:55pm-ish on 18 Jul 2024. (My voucher somehow did not go through but the lady at the till dealt with it patiently and kindly. Very impressed and happy with my experience.) - A great location on Deansgate. - I have been to a few branches of Caffe Nero in Manchester and am getting an impression that they are generally very friendly + the coffees are of a great taste.”

“To me, it is one of the best branches of Nero’s in the country. All the baristas here are decent and make tasty coffee and also very friendly. The menu was taken on 13 Apr 2024. Quiet, nice and cozy ambience. There are also four or five tables outside at the front and a couple more tables at the back. There are a few pay-at-machine parking spaces just outside the cafe and also two or three (non-free) parking lots around. (Browncross Street Car park is an expensive place and you might want to use Si P Spaw Street Arches Car park which is much cheaper. However, it is not so obvious where the boundary lies between the two car parks so watch out for it as there seem to be many people who got fined for wrong parking there.)”

“This is my No.1 Costa, excellent service, excellent coffee and lovely staff, I've been to many a Costa in some supposedly "nicer" locations but usually its been appalling. This is the one if you want your moneys-worth! The staff work hard keeping the queue moving and the very fact the cafe is always packed shows how popular the place is.”

“A great little stop off in Deansgate and time to take a coffee and a cake. Inside and outside sitting areas and lots of room. There are two bathrooms which are clean and multi gender for ease. Soft seating areas inside and tables with tables outside too on a large area if you want to take a smoke or something. Lots of cakes as usual in the shop and always freshly made as is the coffee”

“I often go out of my way to walk a little bit extra to visit this Costa as I find it a much nicer location than any of the other city centre branches! I'd been wanting to try the tandoori bhaji flatbread for a while but had tried 3 other Costas in Manchester and had no luck. Went to Bridge Street and got one straight away. The staff are always super friendly, the location is more peaceful than others in the city centre and it's always been clean when I've nipped in for a coffee or lunch. This is one of my favourite Costa branches and I would highly recommend visiting this one.”

“Great cafeteria that serves both breakfast & lunch with a large selection of foods to suit any tastes. It's is subsidised for local employees of the surrounding businesses so prices are reasonable. Large screen showing the news channel so you can catch up on what's going on around the world while eating. Or you can view the River Orwell on one side & watch the cruise boats passing by.”

“Fantastic lunch here. The food was to die for and the freshly squeezed orange juice was gorgeous. The mozzarella focaccia was so flavourful and the strawberry and vanilla sundae was absolutely next level. Our server, Esin was so lovely and attentive and even surprised me with a piece of passion fruit cheesecake (which tasted incredible) as I’m halfway through my pregnancy and was out shopping with my mum. Will definitely be returning!”

“This Costa is usually and understandably busy but I was very happy to get a table today. I had a lovely cappuccino and a cake. It is a very nice Costa to take a break in and watch the shoppers walk by. The staff were very friendly, they cleared and cleaned my table for me. “My favorite breakfast spot in Manchester. Feels so authentic. Their English breakfast is deliciously flavorful and filling. If you want to give someone a traditional mancunian experience this is a great spot. Ps: many halal options!”

“Staff are good but sometimes feel like they're in a rush to get you served and out even when they're quiet. Quick service otherwise. Prices are a little high but very convenient for a quick and convenient caffeine fix”
