“This is my No.1 Costa, excellent service, excellent coffee and lovely staff, I've been to many a Costa in some supposedly "nicer" locations but usually its been appalling. “A great little stop off in Deansgate and time to take a coffee and a cake. Inside and outside sitting areas and lots of room. There are two bathrooms which are clean and multi gender for ease. Soft seating areas inside and tables with tables outside too on a large area if you want to take a smoke or something. Lots of cakes as usual in the shop and always freshly made as is the coffee”

“I often go out of my way to walk a little bit extra to visit this Costa as I find it a much nicer location than any of the other city centre branches! I'd been wanting to try the tandoori bhaji flatbread for a while but had tried 3 other Costas in Manchester and had no luck. Went to Bridge Street and got one straight away. The staff are always super friendly, the location is more peaceful than others in the city centre and it's always been clean when I've nipped in for a coffee or lunch. This is one of my favourite Costa branches and I would highly recommend visiting this one.”

“This Costa is usually and understandably busy but I was very happy to get a table today. I had a lovely cappuccino and a cake. It is a very nice Costa to take a break in and watch the shoppers walk by. The staff were very friendly, they cleared and cleaned my table for me. “A very pleasant coffee shop just outside Manchester Victoria railway station. Part of Hotel Indigo. Surprisingly large with a choice of comfortable rooms and seats. Cakes and breakfast butties available. Newspapers free to read. Taking Alic on a rare outing. Boothroyd chose him for this trip. There ia also a bar that I've never been to! Americano £3. Lovely staff.”

“To me, it is one of the best branches of Nero’s in the country. All the baristas here are decent and make tasty coffee and also very friendly. The menu was taken on 13 Apr 2024. Quiet, nice and cozy ambience. There are also four or five tables outside at the front and a couple more tables at the back. There are a few pay-at-machine parking spaces just outside the cafe and also two or three (non-free) parking lots around. (Browncross Street Car park is an expensive place and you might want to use Si P Spaw Street Arches Car park which is much cheaper. However, it is not so obvious where the boundary lies between the two car parks so watch out for it as there seem to be many people who got fined for wrong parking there.)”
