“Went to the dentist for the first time in 6 years today due to a crippling fear of going. I have to say that this is the best experience of a dentist that I’ve ever had! Aleedin was so so reassuring and friendly, didn’t make me feel ashamed or embarrassed at all and was so gentle. He didn’t do any more work than I needed at the time to get me used to going to the dentist again. Even the injections didn’t hurt too much. The nurse in there was equally as friendly and walked me through calming down whilst they cleaned my teeth. Can’t promise I won’t be scared next time, but my fear will definitely disappear over time with this dentist. I honestly can’t thank you enough! This was all on a Saturday as well when everyone wants to go home.”

“Took our 13 week old maltipoo Teddy to Victoria at Short Bark and Sides today for his first puppy groom. Chose this place over others as a friend at work recommended it and i wasn’t disappointed! “The dentist Shumaila Amin and her assistant Kayla, indeed the whole practice are amazing, especially for nervous patients! Their patience, kindness and professionalism have transformed me from barely being able to sit in a dentist's chair to undergoing fillings and an extraction with confidence. They make you feel safe and listened to and are completely non judgemental over fear of dentists. I would highly recommend her to anyone and whilst I'm lucky enough to receive NHS treatment for this level of care and treatment it would definitely be worth paying privately for. “We came to Hei Hei’s after a huge walk and starving. We originally ordered to takeout but were kindly given drinks vouchers and so ventured to the bar upstairs. As we were waiting the lovely staff asked us if we would like to eat in the restaurant instead. We explained we would love to but our dog was waiting in the car. Mani and the other manager then said it was no problem to bring our pooch in! They treated our pup to chicken and pork before bringing us a delicious feast! The atmosphere and music was relaxed and ambient and the food was fantastic. I can’t recommend this place enough for both service and food. Needless to say, we can’t wait to return :) Recommend: the best curry sauce I’ve ever had”

“Very good dental surgery with excellent dentist. Lots of additional treatments available and packages for these. Only down side is the steep stairs, to one of the treatment rooms other than that everything is great. Very efficient and effective online booking system too.”
