I had some minor damage done to my car by another vehicle and Manchester Accident Repair Centre were appointment by my Insurance company. They were very accommodating as they pushed my appointment forward to ensure I would have my car back ready for my MOT. Moreover, they picked up my car from work, leaving me with a curtesy car, and delivered my car back to work for me too. The work done on my car was great and expeditious as they only had it for 48 hours. I can’t fault it - The car was also cleaned both inside and out on its return. He gave me professional guidance and advice which stood out for me:- 1) He raised a quotation and contacted the insurer directly (which took a lot of hustle of me). 2) He contacted me to give me updates from the agreement with the insurer to when I was supposed to bring the vehicle. 3) The day I was given to collect the vehicle was the agreed day and the vehicle was cleaned, polished and ready to be driven off. 4) After a week I received a communication just checking if everything is okay and I was happy with the service. (This was them going above and beyond).”

“A neighbour put a black scratch on the silver rear quarter of my wife's beloved is 120ah. After much deliberation concerning how best to avoid a huge bill for our neighbour I suggested getting a quote from Williams in Bolton where she bought the car. She spoke to Lauren at the body repair centre who took her through all the details including how to pursue a claim should the neighbour baulk at the repair cost leaving my wife much more at ease. We took the car down to the centre and Lauren's colleague Kevin came out to look at the damage. A twelve inch black scratch, went back in the office and returned with a polishing gun and some polishing compound and less than a minute later the car was good as new. How much for the repair? Absolutely nothing. I am sure our neighbour will be pleased when we tell them! I was expecting a bill and a receipt. Now that's what I call service. If we have any more bodywork issues we will be coming back. Even if it does cost money next time!!”
