She takes her time and makes sure she pays attention to detail, and has an excellent knowledge in her field of expertise. Re-learn how to move my body safely and strongly after not being active for a fairly long time. I can honestly say I’m so much better for it. Investing this time with Mike was such a good decision and he has skillfully, and with good chat and humour, gided and helped me progress back to a place where I feel confident and happy to train properly again, whilst also helping me to rebuild core muscles that had been in hineration and consistently hit personal bests!”

“Booked in with Lindsey after almost 10 years of back pain, and it has proved a small challenge due to how long I have left it. Lindsey is amazing at what she does, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve seen a significant improvement after only 4/5 sessions, so now I an on the road to recovery. The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. Fully recommend if you are having trouble, don’t leave it as long as I did, get booked in!”

She is the best hygienist I’ve ever had! Dentist visits for me are not my favourite but she always makes it feel less scary! And she does an amazing job giving my gums/teeth a clean.”

“Never had problem with them. Always very nice (especially Debbie) and let you decide about the treatment, never pushing to spend money there if treatment is not needed. The only downside is that the dentist changed at least two or three times since I registered a couple of years ago, but the lady who is there now is very good and nice.”
