“I found them to be excellent and courteous, even though I couldn't find the place, at about 9:30am I'd been sitting outside the surgery, google maps said I was two minutes away, finally several miles later an elderly lady guided me to the surgery, got in at 11:30am, what a PLONKER or should I say I did a Rodney. Staff were great!!!!!”

“This is the 3rd time we have used the purrrfect cattery , Hayley is fantastic and provides a clean safe environment for my two cats. The rooms are bright airy and clean with plenty platform's for the cats to sit on, there's also little hiding sections on top shelves for more nervous cats to hide in which one of my cats used regularly to stay calm and settled. While we were away Hayley also send plenty of photo and video updates which really helps as your missing them while away. The cats are also played with to keep up the exercise! We shall be using Hayley again next year! :)”

I prefer the online access, including ability to send in photos and whilst we've needed to go in for an examination on occasion, I find telephone consultations much easier to fit in around work. My only wish would be for staff to let me know when to expect a call, to ensure I answer first time.”
