“We are Americans visiting Manchester for the holidays. The Didsbury Pub was recommended to us for dinner. We had dinner at The Didsbury Pub on Christmas Eve, and it was fantastic! Steven, our server, looked after us; he did a fantastic job. The Didsbury Pub had a Festive Menu on Christmas Eve and our compliments to the Chef. The food was delicious. The hand carved roast turkey with Yorkshire pudding was awesome. So was the Marmalade Glazed Ham Hock. And the desserts. The apple & blackberry crumble was scrumptious; as was the melting chocolate fondant. The pub is beautiful. The atmosphere was great. One of the best dining experiences in all our travels. “Always Active sessions have had such a positive impact on my Mum' s life. Her dementia (AD) means she sometimes forgets my name, but she never, and I mean never, forgets what days her Always Active days are on. These are the only days she gets up early and is ready on time. She always wants to go and even though by the time she gets home, she's completely forgotten what she's done during the day, she will always tell me she's had fun and how much she's laughed. The staff are absolutley amazing and I can't praise Gina, Sharon and all the amazing staff enough. Seeing my Mum enjoying herself so much at Always Active sessions is an absolutley priceless feeling. I will be forever grateful. X”
