3 Leeds Playhouse
βMy friends and I came to see the afternoon performance of a Christmas Carol on 14/12/25. This is one of my favourite films so the performance had a lot to live up too! It did not disappoint. Reece Dinsdale as Scrooge was outstanding. The whole cast was excellent as were the props (especially the ghost of Christmas future) All in all a lovely, entertaining afternoon. There was absolutely nothing to disappoint us. Thank you to all concerned in the production and the staff of the playhouse.β

βAbsolutely love the Irish Centre on York Road Leeds. The building is lovely clean and tidy, staff are polite and friendly. The entertainment and Tribute acts are brilliant and it has a great dance floor. And apparently on a Saturday evening now they have live music every week so get out of the house while your still breathing and able.. Enjoy Life.β

βI had the best experience for surgery yesterday. The care and communication from Mr Cockbain and anesthetist Tes pre and post op was excellent and the nursing team of Kylie, Luby and Allyn were engaging making the process comfortable throughout. The car park team and reception were warm and friendly and my post op food arrived quickly. Thank you to all involved in my care.β

βThough I had an unproblematic pregnancy, my labour was not a piece of cake. I had to be induced and eventually was sent to the operating theatre. I would like to thank all the midwives and doctors in the midwifery unit and hospital ward for making my labour as painless and peaceful as possible! They were so friendly and professional during all those long hours; I couldn't have dreamed of a better team by my side. I kept smiling throughout the whole process. I would also like to thank the cooks who provided us with absolutely delicious food (such a varied menu!) in the postnatal ward. If I decide to have another baby, I know where to go!β

βCanβt fault this hospital one bit, every member of staff I have came across are outstanding. Both myself and daughter have had surgery here privately and itβs worth the journey time as our local private hospitals arenβt that good. 12 Leeds Childrens Circus
βMy daughter asked for a circus acrobatic party for her 5th birthday, and I lost count of how many people recommended Poppy to us! I booked her through Circus Leeds, who were professional from start to finish and felt just as invested in making my daughterβs day special as I was. Poppy arrived promptly, brought everything needed to entertain a large group of five-year-olds, and ran the party flawlessly. She was engaging, friendly, and incredibly skilled β my daughter had the best time. Even the parents were impressed by her talent and energy. I canβt recommend her and Circus Leeds highly enough β they were both fantastic!β
