“Visited again last week. I absolutely love this place. Hidden gem. Great place to bring teenagers who prefer quiet, young adults who may be anxious and not enjoy the crowds. Can walk around as many times as like and discover all animals. Gorgeous pigs, donkeys, goats and chickens enjoying themselves. There are ping pong tables for a quick out side game, children's play equipment. A river to walk along. A cafe to sit have a snack and drink. Squirrels running up and down the trees. Some animals look like they are rescue animals and are obviously being taken care of by the farm.”

“Great venue for any celebration or even a nice pint on a sunny day. Whole place was spotlessly clean each time I've visited. Staff couldn't do enough for us on the night of the event and were so nice to everyone. I will definitely hire again, the setting is lovely as it is right next to the canal running through Marple. Plenty of parking space too”

“Excellent place. We went to a birthday party here. Lovely place. Excellent party for a child. Bouncy castle in the room. You could sit out, lovely greenery, lovely staff at bar. Nice place to hold an event such as a birthday for kids. Holds more people than you realise. Everywhere clean, toilets clean. Lovely place in a lovely area too!”

“Tonight was our first ever vist to Purple Pakora Marple. I have to say the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the food was excellent, infact I would say it is the best Biryani I have ever had, my husbands Rogan Josh was also very tasty. Definitely will be back.”

He skilfully manoeuvred the blocks/large bulk bags of sand & limestone under telephone cables and over the garden wall on a busy road - placing everything strategically to maintain access to our driveway. “I have been using Church Lane Garage for approximately 4-5 Years. I would never dream about going anywhere else. Ali is extremely reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, and gets a job done in no time. For example on a Saturday morning (without notice) I dropped my car off at 9am which needed a new exhaust, he had managed to order and fit by 2pm that very same day! Talk about Service! “Fantastic selection of wines, whiskey, gin, Vodka and craft beers. With the added bonus of a selection of cigars and chocolates. So far my favourite wine has been a Pinot Noir from Romania. Staff also know about what they're selling, definitely my favourite place for alcohols.”

“I love coming here for a breather by myself or with my little boy. He absolutely loves it, Lindsay is a gem and her food is delicious. The freshly made milkshakes go down a treat with my boy, the tea is spot on and the hot food is always tasty. There are lots of walks in the area so it's a great place to start or finish at.”

That and my avocado bagel was delicious. Love the different food options for a little brunch. Service was super friendly too. Will definitely be back to try their tea and coffee.”
