When my mother required a wheelchair to complete her Umrah, Amr arranged this with great efficiency and consideration, allowing her to participate comfortably and with dignity. His calm approach and reliability offered significant reassurance to both me and my mother. The ziyarah visits were also well structured, with ample time allocated for reflection and prayer.
