“I have now been with the Bank Dental Practice for many years; until now I have always been seen by Dr Michael Haffner. I think that the very fact that I have continued going here for so long speaks for itself. Because of his busy schedule, my latest appointments which called for emergency treatment have been with Dr Meira and, as with Dr Haffner, I am totally impressed with her professionalism and with the kindness with which she cares for her patients, neither of which can I speak too highly of. Indeed, inasmuch as one can say this of going to the dentist, I look forward to my next visit!”

“I’ve been coming to this dentist for years, and they’ve always been excellent. Even though I’ve moved outside of Manchester, I still prefer to come all the way here. Chris is very open, honest, and friendly, always giving clear and genuine advice. They were kind enough to accommodate my lateness and even booked me in with the hygienist the same day, as I couldn’t come back for a few weeks. The hygienist was absolutely top-notch — did a fantastic job and kept checking if I was okay throughout. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. “Where do I begin. The reception staff are all hand picked, love love love them. It took me all my strength to go as I was petrified. THEN I get this amazing dentist Anbar and colleague Joyce Talented, Clever, beautiful and took 3 teeth out with a blink of my eye. I only I knew about this dentist place I know for sure I would still have my beautiful teeth that I no longer have. No pain either. “A breath of fresh air! Great visit today. Met a fantastic dentist called ‘Noor Fatima’. Absolutely delighted. I am hard of hearing, this lady was polite, a beautifully spoken lady, she made an effort to look at me when communicating so I could see what she was saying too. Dr Fatima is brilliant, very intelligent and knowledgeable as well as a caring and compassionate person. Dr Fatima fixed my broken filling and had my teeth all sparkling clean in no time and I went out there with a big smile on my face. Dr Fatima is exactly the kind of dentist we all need, a true professional and very empathetic. A very gentle lady. “Fantastic dental surgery. Been at this dentist my whole life and all of the staff I have encountered have been lovely and competent. I have had lots of check ups and various treatments over the years and they have always provided me with high quality care. They especially have been very understanding and supportive of me as a person with a severe needle phobia and have allowed me to have procedures such as fillings without anaesthetic at my request but equally have supported me very well when I have had to have procedures such as tooth extraction where needles have been essential to the treatment, even prescribing me with diazepam prior to the extraction to ease some of the anxiety. The only issue I have ever had is that I do struggle to contact them via telephone as my calls often ring out or go to voicemail. Otherwise a genuinely fantastic dental surgery, can't rate them high enough!”

“Very happy with my first experience at Ivy today. I'm quite nervous attending the dentist but all of the staff were so kind and welcoming. I was seen by Malcolm and his dental nurse Paul, who were both very efficient and made me feel at ease straight away. Malcolm was brilliant at talking me through everything, making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Kim on reception was also lovely and made setting up my next appointments so easy. “My filling broke on my tooth days before going on holiday. Phoned Poynton dental practice on the Saturday evening and was given an appointment midday Sunday. On arrival was greeted by the dentist who was friendly and polite. He explained everything about the treatment on offer and let me decide for myself. I decided to have it refilled and will have it capped at a later day. I was given the choice of music to be played in the back ground while the procedure took place. The staff were very friendly and helped me feel at ease. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Poynton Dental service to anybody.”

After an initial consultation & scans various options were discussed and ultimately decision was taken to remove them in two separate visits.
