Night FOH need improvement as we’ve only had agency staff recently which impacts service charges and when our actual FOH is here, they aren’t at the front desk. Again, Paulina, Donna and day FOH team are amazing and super friendly. They even put on events for us residents here every now and then.”

Matt, Nick and team were excellent, professional and courteous throughout. The design has worked really well including the dimensions and layout. As part of the work the hob mantle was tweaked and improved from design to installation by the fitter and were thrilled with the end result. They went the extra mile and we have a great kitchen now.”
