“2023: Shoes wear out, so back again. Same staff, same great service! Once again, no hard sell, lots of shoes came out, running on the treadmill, comparing two shoes at the same time. You really feel like they want the best for your feet. They also stock a large collection of running apparell, so a one stop shop. Free parking is available from the superstore up the road, so you can get your shop get your shoes, job done! Great experience shopping for running shoes, assisted by staff that actually enjoy running. Whilst my wife was being helped, I was able to watch three other ladies being attended to, each was treated as an individual, with quite different requirements and all left with running shoes they had tried, compared and had had informed detail on each one. The prices of the shoes were in the end all around the same mark, not cheap but not stupid prices and what actually mattered was they were suitable for her running style, the running surface, her personal gait and lastly a style she liked. Worth the money rather than wasted money.”

“I have been hunting for a good Asian clothing site to place orders from as others have been untrustworthy, then I came across this site and this is now my go-to to order clothes from!! The service I received was amazing and I got my order way before the given time frame! The clothes are as shown on the website and the lady behind it all was of great help as I needed to match a Kurta to some trousers. I just have to give 5 stars! “Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. Her name was Amanda and i think she deserves alot of credit. Thank you so much Amanda. There should be more workers like Amanda!”

“Fresh Fibres operative was very polite, arrived promptly following a phone call saying that he was on his way, and helped me to move some heavy items to facilitate the cleaning of my spare bedroom, and hall, stairs and landing carpets. The carpets now look and smell much better - almost as new for my 25 year old carpet, and I am really pleased with the quality of the company's work and service at a cost that I felt was reasonable and competitive. No hesitation in giving a 5☆ rating”
