Was able to book in as a new patient for examination online easy, even got lucky with next day availability. 2. Follow-ups and automated notifications, no chance of forgetting your appointment. 3. Appointment was prompt and effective - in and out with next appointment booked in 20 mins and had all questions answered, thank you to Dr. Mohammed and assistant. Only critical feedback is to update the clinic location on Google Maps, it was not clear to me that it was located in the Brinnington Health centre :)”

“My filling broke on my tooth days before going on holiday. Phoned Poynton dental practice on the Saturday evening and was given an appointment midday Sunday. On arrival was greeted by the dentist who was friendly and polite. He explained everything about the treatment on offer and let me decide for myself. I decided to have it refilled and will have it capped at a later day. I was given the choice of music to be played in the back ground while the procedure took place. The staff were very friendly and helped me feel at ease. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Poynton Dental service to anybody.”

“Very happy with my first experience at Ivy today. I'm quite nervous attending the dentist but all of the staff were so kind and welcoming. I was seen by Malcolm and his dental nurse Paul, who were both very efficient and made me feel at ease straight away. Malcolm was brilliant at talking me through everything, making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Kim on reception was also lovely and made setting up my next appointments so easy. “Amazing hygienist team!! 8 weeks ago I went to see Caroline, I had lots of inflammation, tartar and excessive bleeding from my gums. I was given a thorough explanation of what was happening and actions to take. Caroline was very clear and obviously loved her job, I was told if I did what she advised we would clear up the issues. 8 week follow up and I was given star pupil status! I did what Caroline told me, there is now no bleeding, my gums are in great condition, next hygienist appointment in 6 months!! I cannot thank Caroline and the team enough. They made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend.”

I am not the easiest patient but I've even managed to have an extraction out there, rather than going to the hospital under a general anaesthetic, as I have done in previous years.
